Our story

Alex has 20 years of experience as a chef. I was very lucky to have him with me during the Covid19 lockdown. As were my neighbors. 😁 He developed our unique dough specifically because we wanted to eat pizza, but we could not find a low-carb gluten-free crust that did not taste , erm ... like soggy cardboard.

TL;DR - our pizza is pretty awesome, so we hired a kitchen to make it, and hopefully the rest will be history.
